Does AquaSkin include a warranty?
All AquaSkin purchases include a 1-year limited warranty that covers replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return on all orders sold on AquaSkin. To initiate a return, please email aquaskin@yahoo.com.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are not refundable (if shipping fees were initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment). We do not charge a restocking fee.
Who should not use the AquaSkin Wand?
Out of an abundance of caution, we do not recommend using the AquaSkin wand if you are under 18, have an active or recent cancer diagnosis, have a pacemaker (or other implanted metal in your body), or are pregnant.
